Chapel Allerton Labour Party is proud to announce that Councillor Eileen Taylor has once again been selected as our candidate for the 2026 Leeds City Council elections.
Eileen has represented Chapel Allerton, Chapeltown, Potternewton, and Scott Hall since 2008, earning a reputation as a dedicated champion for constituents and public services in the ward and city.
A message from Eileen:
It’s an honour to be reselected by the members of Chapel Allerton Labour Party to represent you and and our residents as your councillor. I am looking forward to continue working with my colleagues Cllrs Dowson and Rafique to make sure our values are reflected at Leeds City Council. We have achieved so much over the years but recognise there is still much to do. Along with Jane and Mohammed, I will continue to make sure the most vulnerable are protected and have a voice. I pledge to continue to work hard and always be active and visible as your Labour representative.
